The management of Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria is planning to file its prospectus with the Financial Supervision Commission on Monday, Georgi Kostov, CEO of Slanchevi Lachi Bulgaria told Profit.bg. If FSC approves the prospectus the trade will start in December, Kostov also said.
The company's general meeting was held on Thursday. Shareholders approved restructuring via a merger between Zarneni Hrani Trade Sofia and Chimimport Agrochemicals Sofia, Zarneni Hrani Valchi Dol, Bek Inetrnational, Zora Ruse, Prima Agrochim, and Zarneni Hrani Balchik. All assets, liabilities and property rights of Slanchevi Lachi will be transferred to the newly established company Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria JSC.
The new company will unite the grain business of Chimimport, its capital will stand at BGN 171m.
