A consortium of Trace Group Hold, Mostconsult and RGB has offered the lowest price for building Lot 2 of the subway extension between Tzarigradsko Shose and Sofia airport. The offered price is BGN 63.7m.
Thirteen local and foreign companies and consortiums filed bids for the construction of the 3 lots of the 5-km subway extension. The lowest prices for Lot 1 and Lot 3 were offered by consortium of Stanilov and Metroproekt (BGN 23.5m) and consortium of Sienit and Architects Serafimovi (BGN 49m), respectively. Trace Group filed bid for Lot 3 as well but its price was the 4-th lowest – BGN 54m.
The project had indicative value of €130m.
