The industrial output down by 1.6% MoM and up by 2.3% YoY in July’16

Bulgaria's industrial production index decreased by 1.6% on a monthly basis in July’16, after registering a 3.9% MoM increase in June, preliminary data of the National Statistical Institute revealed. The working day adjusted index increased by 2.3% YoY. On a monthly basis, the production in the manufacturing and in the utilities sectors declined by 1.7% (+2.6% YoY) and 2.8% (-0.5% YoY), respectively, while the production in the mining sector increased by 0.5% (-0.1% YoY).
