The bondholders of Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage would have the option to convert bonds into ordinary stocks at BGN 8.65 per share

The bondholders of Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage approved the proposition to have opportunity to convert their bonds into ordinary stocks at a conversion price of BGN 8.65 per share. Please note that the last close of the company’s ordinary stocks was BGN 4.00 per share. The bondholders who would like to convert their shares have to notify the company within 7 days, following the announcement of the decision. The results from the conversion would be announced on 09 November’16.
