The BoD of Telematic Interactive decided to call an extraordinary general meeting on 24 March, according to an invitation, which is pending approval in the Commercial Registry. One of the items on the agenda is a proposal for the distribution of BGN 4.5m as dividends (DPS of BGN 0.35) from H1’24 net income. When added to the previously approved dividend distributions of BGN 0.90 and BGN 0.45 and BGN 0.28 in June, September and December last year, respectively, the total dividends paid per share would amount to BGN 1.98, implying a dividend yield of 8.8%, when calculated with the last closing price of BGN 22.40. Note that Telematic Interactive is the only company, listed on the BSE, making quarterly distributions to its shareholders.
