Sopharma Properties’ BoD called an EGM on 24 September. On the agenda is the distribution of a 6-mo dividend of EUR 2.2m (DPS of EUR 0.10). The amount corresponds to 86.5% of the company’s H1’26 adjusted profit. When added to June dividend of EUR 0.10, this brings the annual dividend yield to 4.9%.
