Sofia Commerce Pawn Shops announced it has established a lease financing company. The capital of the new entity is BGN 0.5m. As of end-2017, Sofia Commerce Pawn Shops had BGN 10m of equity and a loan portfolio of BGN 9.2m, according to prelim financial statement. The company generated BGN 5.4m in income from interest, taxes and fees and net profit of BGN 1.1m.
