Austrian real estate investment company Real4You Group plans to begin the construction of MegaMall shopping centre in the western part of Sofia in February, the project's leasing agent DTZ Echinox said. The shopping centre will be build on an area of 11 700 sq.m. and will have a total rentable area of 24 675 sq.m., according to data published on Real4You's website. The opening is planned for 2013.
