Plama Must Start Operation to Pay out Its Debt.

Members of the Board of Directors of Plama refinery Petya Yordanova and Yosif Sofroniev commented on problems of the refinery. According to Yordanova, paying the receipts of the employees may start only if the refinery is launched in operation. The minimum staff necessary for the company to operate is 1,000 and currently there are only 500 employees. Under the rehabilitation plan, the debts of Plama have been rescheduled for a period of 35 years.
