At the EGM held on 5 December, the shareholders of Neochim did not approve the related parties’ transactions for distribution of ammonium nitrate and for polymer packaging. The first contract was planned to be with Euro Fert while the second was with Asenova Krepost [ASKB]. Note that in order to approve such transactions, the related parties do not vote while the required vote for approval is 75%. The main shareholders in Neochim are Euro Fert (24% stake), Eco Tech (24.3% stake) and Feboran (20.3% stake).
