Neochim has received a total of EUR 10.7m, comprising EUR 8m in principal and EUR 2.7m in accrued interest, following a court decision in favour of the company. The case concerned an advance payment for natural gas, which Neochim refused to accept in May 2023, citing force majeure circumstances. The final ruling obliges the counterparty to reimburse the amount, together with the applicable interest and the court expenses.
