The land rented out by Agro Finance REIT for the 2010/2011 agricultural season increased slightly MoM to 12.1k ha (93% of the acquired land) as of end-June from 92% at end-May. The average contracted rental payment was €116.98/ha at the end of June, down from €117.23 in May. The REIT’s portfolio at the end of June decreased to 13 080 ha from 13 088 ha at end May with average acquisition price of the land in the portfolio of €1 450/ha.
