Komerce and Emra sold a total of 9.75% of Agria Group Holding (NEUTRAL)

Emra EOOD and Komerce EOOD, the two largest shareholders in Agria Group Holding, each sold 4.88% of it, whereby their total stakes in the holding declined to 41.63% and 25.24%, respectively. The sold shares have been bought by Svetlomir Todorov, who did not own Agria shares prior to the transactions. Mr. Todorov is the sole owner of the oilseed processor Kehlibar EOOD, which Agria recently acquired.
