January construction production increases 3.8% MoM

The construction production index, seasonally adjusted, increased by 3.8% MoM in January, while the working day adjusted index declined by 3.1% YoY. On a monthly basis, building construction increased by 1.6%, while civil construction rose by 6.7%. On an annual basis, building construction declined by 0.9%, while civil construction fell by 6.1%.
