Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) increased its investment in subsidiary company Odessos PBM. IHB acquired 1 584 000 ordinary voting shares form Odessos Shiprepair Yard, with a nominal value of BGN 1 each, representing 30% of the capital of Odessos PBM AD. After the transaction IHB holds 90% of the capital of Odessos PBM. As a result of the deal, Odessos Shiprepair Yard is no longer a shareholder in the company Odessos PBM.
