Gradus AD as a 100% majority owner of Gradus-1, approved the total distribution of EUR 4m dividends from retained earnings. Recall that earlier this year, Gradus received EUR 15m dividends from its subsidiaries Gradus-98, Millennium 2000 and Gradus 1 and paid EUR 5.8m dividend to its own shareholders. In addition, on the upcoming EGM on 30 November, the shareholders of the poultry producer will vote on the distribution of additional EUR 11.6m.
