The BoD of Gradus called an AGM on 17 April. On the agenda is a proposal for the distribution of BGN 5m as dividends, which translates into DPS of BGN 0.02. While this equates to a modest dividend yield of 1.7% to the last closing price of BGN 1.15 per share, the move is unexpected. Recall, that in the initial AGM agenda, published on 14 March, there were no plans for dividend distribution. What’s more, due to the avian influenza outbreak in October 2024, the company was not expected to give back cash to its shareholders for at least a few years.
