Euroins Bulgaria sold 3.58% stake in Delta Credit SPV to Euroins Romania and the later sold a total of 18.77% of the receivables securitization vehicle to Asterion Bulgaria. Following the transaction, Euroins Bulgaria and Euroins Romania owned 19.49% and 34.43% of Delta Credit, respectively.
