ELARG REIT and its former management company, Elana Property Management, reached out-of-court settlement on the court case regarding management fees paid during the period when the two companies were in contract. ЕLARG REIT intended to seek BGN 7.7m from Elana Property Management, which in turn had field a claim for BGN 10.5m against ELARG REIT as indemnity for ELARG REIT’s termination of the contractual relationship between the two companies in 2009. As part of the settlement, ELARG REIT will buy Elana Property Management from its own former shareholder, ELANA, for BGN 2.5m. Elana Property Management was ELARG REIT’s management company since 2005, when the REIT was founded.
