Dietsmann N.V. filed a revised tender offer for the minority stakes in Energoremont Holding at BGN 4.15 per share (NEUTRAL)

Dietsmann N.V. filed a revised tender offer for the uncontrolled 480 295 Energoremont Holding shares (2.5%), after the FSC issued a temporary ban on its previous offer at the same price of BGN 4.15 per share. Please recall that the Competition Protection Commission already approved the acquisition of the energy generation, infrastructure maintenance and EPC contractor.
