We will sign the financial memorandum for Danube Bridge 2 with the European Commission in the end of September, Dimatar Zoev, Director of Transport Policy department with the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications, announced. The governing committee of the European Commission has already examined and approved of the financial memorandum between the EU and the Bulgarian government for granting about EUR 5m from the ISPA program for international consultant on engineering and managing the construction of the bridge.
