Agro Finance REIT announced that Coop Investment has acquired 30.35% of the REIT. The deal took place on Monday on the OTC market at a price of BGN 1.50/share. The seller of the stake is the previous majority owner Nickcommerce. Coop Investment is majority-owned by Holding Coop – Yug (4CG).
