On Thursday CBA Asset Management opened its first hypermarket in Sofia. The shop is situated in Svoboda residential district over an area of 1 400 sq.m. The company invested in it about BGN 2m. At the moment, CBA Asset Management is in talks for several outlets in Sofia and it plans to establish a presence in all Bulgarian cities with population of over 20 000 over the next two years. The deal for the acquisition of the Varna-based supermarket chain Burlex 104 is expected to be finalised in short terms.
