The BoD of Bulmetal decided to initiate a capital increase procedure. The company will offer up to 511 084 new shares with nominal value EUR 0.51 each and issue price of EUR 4.60. The offering will be successful if at least 434 784 shares are subscribed and paid for (85.1% threshold). Each new share will require 14 subscription rights. In that regard, each current share will receive 1 right. The company is yet to submit a Prospectus in the FSC.
