Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC) plans to distribute gross 2008 dividend of BGN 0.51 per share from the company’s net profit and reserves. The proposal will be put to vote at an AGM on June 29. At the current price of BGN 4.5, the dividend yield is 11.3%.
