Delta+, one of Bulgarian biggest offset printing houses, has become part of Infopress Group, a leader in the Southeast European printing industry. The company will be rebranded to Infopress Bulgaria. The price of the deal has not been disclosed. Kvos, the owner of Infopress, purchased a majority stake in Delta+ in 2006 and so far it has invested EUR 7m in the company. In a year, Delta+ has achieved a 50% increase in sales and is expected to repeat that performance in 2008. The CEO of Infopress Group estimates the value of the Bulgarian market for printing services to EUR 40-50m. The group plans to have a EUR 20m share in 2008. In addition to Bulgaria, Kvos also does business in Romania and Hungary.
