Bulgaria’s gross domestic product (GDP) may reach EUR 33 billion for 2014, according to an ING report called "Bulgaria in 2014". According to the document the country's accession into the European Union will enhance investments attracting immense cash flow into the local economy. The prospective adoption of the euro as a national currency in 2010 will further decrease interest payments over the country's foreign debt which can be transformed into a strategy for going out of the currency board. Monthly salaries in Bulgaria will stay at around 10% of those in the EU member countries and at between 30% and 45% of these in Central Europe. The cheap workforce is, however, attractive for foreign investors.
