Bulgarian First Investment Bank (FIBank) will rise around BGN 107m in nation's biggest IPO so far, it was announced on Monday. New shares will be issued to investors at BGN 10.70 each. At this issue price, the offering is 6 times oversubscribed with bids exceeding BGN 1.32bn, said First Financial Brokerage House (FFBH) which managed the placement.
The capital of the lender is raised from BGN 100m to BGN 110m with the issue of 10m new shares. The IPO costs were reported at BGN 2.44m. FIBank shareholder FFBH is selling another 6.5m of its shares. FFBH said the investors should pay in the subscribed shares by May 28. The shares should start trading on the local bourse in late June or early July.
