The National Guarantee Fund, a subsidiary of Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB), kicks in today to extend portfolio guarantees to financial institutions. The guarantee lines are aimed at improving access to funding by small and medium-sized enterprises. The fund has partnered with DSK Bank, Raiffeisenbank, First Investment Bank (FIB), MKB Unionbank and International Asset Bank.
