Bulgaria's incumbent president Iliana Iotova has 34.8% in the first round of presidential election on Sunday, showed 99.94% vote count released by the Central Election Commission (CEC). Due to the low 22.5% voter turnout, she will face in runoff elections on November 1 the independent candidate Andrey Gyurov (31.9%), supported by We Continue The Change and Democratic Bulgaria.
