Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF) REIT announced that it signed a 5-year lease for 6 813.77k sq.m. with Betty Technology in Synergy Tower. The contract will kick-in in Q2’2027, while the space is approximately the same as the one, currently occupied by Robert Bosch, which is winding down some operations in Bulgaria. The occupancy rate at Synergy Tower stands at 82.59%. In addition, the lease of CC Smart Solutions in the Business Park building (444.3 sq.m.) was extended for 4 years. The occupancy of that office building stands at 67%.
