On the EGM, held on October 8, 2021, the shareholders of Bravo Property Fund REIT voted in favour of the distribution of BGN 825.8k as semi-annual dividend for the first half of 2021. The sum is equivalent to gross DPS of BGN 0.0225 with annualized dividend yield of 5.6% when including the H2’20 payment of BGN 0.04 and 66.4% payout ratio. The fund ended first half of 2021 with 76% occupancy of its office building – Office A, compared to full occupancy in the end 2020.
