Auto Union’s car sales fall 4.9% YoY in May 2012 (NEGATIVE)

The car subholding of Eurohold Bulgaria – Auto Union has sold 229 new cars in May 2012, which represented a 4.9% YoY decline, Eurohold announced. At the same time new passenger car registrations in Bulgaria increased 50% YoY to 2 398 units in May, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA). In Jan-May 2012 Auto Union reported a 5.8% decrease in new car sales to 926 units, against a 4% increase on the market of new cars to 7 635 units.
