An EGM of Albena’s subsidiary White Lagoon, held on 29 March, voted on delisting the company from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The White Lagoon was listed on the Bulgarian bourse in March 2007 as foreign investors had demonstrated interest to buy the resort company. Negotiations, however, reached a stalemate and now parent company Albena decided to take out White Lagoon from the register of public companies.
