Agria’s BoD called an AGM on 26 June, an invitation that is yet to be entered into the Commercial Register revealed. For a fifth consecutive year, a dividend distribution is on the agenda. The proposal is for the distribution of BGN 1.8m (+161.7% YoY; DPS of 0.26) from the 2024 unconsolidated profit of BGN 24.6m. This corresponds to approximately 10% payout ratio from the 2024 consolidated profit of BGN 17.8m, which is the more meaningful number for a holding company such as Agria. If the dividend is approved, the dividend yield would be around 1.2%.
