Advance Terrafund REIT purchased 612 daa new land in April’24 at an average price of BGN 1 857/daa (+22.2% MoM). The fund sold directly 423 daa of land at BGN 3 359/daa, which is 25.4% lower than the figure from Jan’24, when 215 daa were sold directly for BGN 4 500/daa. Still, the figure from April is quite impressive as it is 19.6% higher than the average sale price per daa for 2023. The land portfolio increased to 179 256 daa (+0.1% MoM). The expected revenue for the 2023-2024 agricultural year is BGN 9 508.5k (+17.7% YoY) with 25.7% of it already collected. Currently, the fund has rented out 146 629 daa, or 84.8% of its rentable portfolio at an average price of BGN 64.85/daa (+15.7% YoY).
