A total of eight candidates purchased documents for the upcoming closed auction for a 4th nationwide GSM network permit. The telecom regulator announced that documents had already been purchased by Trans telecom, Mobile World, Turkish Turkcell, Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile and Palladium Capital. Three more candidates purchased up the document on the last day - Max Telecom, Telco AG and M-Sat. The closed auction will be held on July 29 with initial price of BGN 38m.
