National investment company Nadejda AD is a former privatization fund, which earned the trust of 20,000 Bulgarians during the mass privatization in 1996. In 1998 the fund was restructured and continued to operate as a closed-end investment company. Since July 2014 the company is classified as closed-end national investment company.
